Complete each move for 30 seconds
Jumping Jacks
Squats (or Squat Jumps)
High Knees
Sit-Ups
Butt Kickers
Plank Up/Down
Bicycle Crunches
Lunges
Push-Ups
Jumping Jacks

Turn on your shower, start your stopwatch, and before you know it you will be fueled with natural energy to start your day strong!
