Earlier this month I had the unique pleasure of being profiled by New York Magazine and Grub Street for their weekly New York Diet feature. The piece highlights the culinary adventures of locals around the city, getting into their favorite dishes, late night haunts, and daily routines.
My NY Diet was up and down as the eating and cooking took place over the July 4th holiday weekend in the Hamptons, then returning to NYC to close it out. What did I consume? Lotsa oysters, my first chicken wing ever (I know), and many, many wet martinis. It was terribly fun and a pleasure to write about afterwards.
Check out my full diet for the week on Grub Street. Stay hungry!
