Looking for a new take on a healthy breakfast or snack?  Try my chia seed pudding, which takes only 15 minutes to make and requires absolutely no cooking.  The best bit about chia seed pudding?  Chia seeds are a super food, even better for you than blueberries.  It’s truly a complete meal that’s perfect to get your internal engine going.

  1. Yummy! Hoping for some healthy dinner tips soon 🙂 Do you eat a lot of fish? Would love some recipes on tasty fish or seafood dishes that aren’t too complicated to prepare, think a lot of people find it difficult to incorporate enough fish in their diet.

  2. Yum! This sounds great, I’ve seen recipes before but this one is so quick! It would be amazing with some blanched almonds chopped up, or if you’re trying to go even healthier, sprouted almonds! Also, I’ve seen adding cocoa powder to make it similar to choc pudding…..mmm I’m hungry!

  3. Made the pudding this morning with peaches on top. Yuuuuuum! Can’t wait for more of your food ideas. Made your Italian sausage soup on the weekend as well. It was delicious.
