I know there’s this “No White After Labor Day Rule” but then there is also this thing called me not giving any f***ks, so I do it anyway. When you have a brand new pair of Nike Blazer Vintage Sneakers in grey and cream it’s especially hard not to pair them with a pair of bright white pants.
Enter this Cozy in Cream look, a chic and bright look that’s just as crisp and surprising as that first chilly day in October. I’m all about black, baby but this look from the opposite end of the spectrum has me just as excited to embrace cream, white, and light pink all fall and winter long.
From the bottom up: we got the sick Blazers previously mentioned, and loose white J.Brands rolled up at the ankles. I also wear my Blazers with a super tight pair of white DL 1961s rolled up for when I wanna feel super Euro. Gold Earrings are by Satya.
Don’t mind my lace undergarment peeking through my sweater. It’s intentional and by Elle MacPherson (she makes gorgeous, lacy, pretty things). Light pink sweater is a Zara special, and while my Veda Leather Jacket is old, I still cherish it. It’s a gorgeous color, a combo of camel and pink and universally flattering. They make a pretty spectacular pink one available at Shop Bop right now that’s very similar.
My shades? $12 and out of a vintage trailer that drives around Bushwick. That’s all I can tell you. They remind me of Amelia Earheart. Now dat’s cool!
Happy Monday, Freaks and Geeks! Happy Birthday, Brett! Love and Miss you.
