It’s absolutely freezing.  It’s November.  24 degrees F and a windchill of 15?  I mean, cut me a break man.  Or don’t – I’ll be okay, because I have this ridiculously comfy and chic navy puffer coat to rock out in as a walk to my morning work-out.  Yes, it’s absolutely over-the-top cute and warm, crafted with love by Dawn Levy.  The best part?  You can have one too.

The puffer coat is the perfect addition to any winter wardrobe, especially as lookin’ sporty is totally on-trend.  I love wearing my coat to the gym – it looks great with my Nike’s and leggings.

    1. Wanted to purchase the blue coat so bad (you made it tempting), but looked at the price and my mood changed. Why are all the amazing coats you posted over $1,000? You need to include more reasonable options for your fans. Thank you!

  1. I’ve loved you since Laguna Beach days. Loved you on the show, instagram and your blog. I especially gained even more respect for you when you began promoting support for ASPCA. Now this is where you lost me, promoting fur? The animals who were slaughtered, are no different from dogs and cats. Please take this off your blog and never promote fur again. Instead i’d love to see you promoting faux fur so your fans do the same. Please take this into consideration. Thanks!

Why I Fast on Mondays

Monday: oh, the duality of it. I love Monday and I also hate it with a deep passion. I hate that it will take a full 5 days for the weekend/nachos to arrive. I hate that I have to answer my emails. I hate that my alarm goes off and wakes me from my Sunday slumber. Yet, once I’m conscious I remember that I love waking up early on a summer Monday, hitting the streets before 8am when the city is still sleepy and heading out for a slow sweat at SLT. I love hitting the re-set button and having another chance to do and be. I also love fasting on Mondays, my chosen day of the week to detox until dinnertime (if you’re forced to begin your week, you may as well dive in head first).
