No matter how committed you are to getting a daily eight hours of sleep, the reality is that life gets in the way. While I’d like to be in bed every night by 10 p.m., it’s more likely that I’ll be in bed somewhere around midnight and fall asleep an hour (or two or three) later…
I’m a big believer in the old adage “Fake it ’til you make it,” especially when it comes to faking a good night’s sleep. If I can’t sleep for at least eight hours, I can certainly pretend I did, amirite? Cue the beauty products that will help you look your best those mornings after those rough nights.
