Today’s episode (our third) is a great one: I’m making a truly delicious dairy and gluten-free smoothie that feels and tastes like dessert but is actually surprisingly healthy. As I mention in the video I don’t love smoothies myself (I just prefer to eat my food than drink it I guess), but even this one I put together has gotten me into the mood.
The secret ingredient? Cocoa powder! Just a few teaspoons of CP takes the smoothie across the finish line in first place. Let’s get to the recipe!
Almond Butter and Banana Dessert Smoothie

3. 2 T. almond butter
4. 2 t. cocoa powder
5. 1/8 t. cinnamon
6. 1/2 c. ice

2. Blend for 1 minute on high.
