Haven’t tuned in to my podcast Lady Lovin’ yet?  Well, you should!  I record it every week with my best gal pals Jilly Hendrix and Greta Titelman and we chat about…whatever we want!  We’ve got a super high ranking on the iTunes and fab listener reviews.  This week we have the co-founder of NYC’s ModelFit on the show, Vanessa Packer.  ModelFit is one of the city’s chicest fitness boutiques and caters to all kinds of women (not just models) even though Karlie Kloss and her bestie T. Swift are both regulars.  Vanessa is a nutritionist and health + wellness expert, and totally fun.  Chatting with her this week was great fun and super informative.  Wanna know what we talked about last week?  Colonics.  Ha!
