Lately I have been feelin’ some type of way! I don’t know if it’s because I’m PMSing, stressed with work or if it’s this bipolar ass weather in NYC but my mood has seriously been all over the place!!

Whenever I’m feeling down or just out of it in general I like to treat myself…and if I’m on my “girl days” my brain is automatically thinking SWEETS! To avoid feeling guilty after indulging I try to not go too crazy with my sweet tooth so my go-to is always a smoothie- easy to make and always satisfying!

To help me feel like myself again, I’ll make a Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry Smoothie mixed with Love Wellness, #Mood Pills – I call this simple recipe my #Mood Smoothie and it is too good!

Monday: oh, the duality of it. I love Monday and I also hate it with a deep passion. I hate that it will take a full 5 days for the weekend/nachos to arrive. I hate that I have to answer my emails.
