Bake cauliflower crust for 10 minutes at 375, let cool for 10 minutes.
While your crust is baking/cooling, start preparing your toppings. Cook up some bacon, thinly slice your onion on a mandolin then cook onion in left over bacon fat! YUM!
Once the crust has cooled, spread toppings all over (bacon, onion, cheese) then cook again until everything is nice and melty!
While crust is in the oven for round two with the toppings, cook one fried egg. Once you take out your cauliflower flatbread, place arugula and fried egg on top!
Simple as that...enjoy!!
