Several weeks ago, we introduced you to photographer Jessica Milan’s Lookbook Cookbook. Combining two of our favorite things — fashion and food — we can’t get enough of Milan’s healthy recipes. This week, we’ve collaborated with her once again to bring you a recipe for the ultimate summer treat: popsicles.
Milan’s Sunshine Pops are incredibly easy to make and use only all-natural ingredients to create a healthy alternative to the sugar-stocked freeze pops from the grocery store. Next time you need a healthy and refreshing snack, whether you’re sitting at home or on the beach, reach for this recipe instead.
The only concern we have about these pops? You’ll have to make several batches — they’re that delicious and will have you addicted.[ingredients title=”Ingredients”]
- 1 mango
- 3 or 4 strawberries
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- Chop the mango and strawberries.
- Add to your blender along with the orange juice.
- Blend until smooth and pour into ice pop molds.
- Put in the freezer to set for a few hours.
